I LOVE tootsie rolls. They remind me of childhood days. This is a bag of Tootsie roll juniors. Size does not matter to me, but there are many sizes and some folks may want to know which these are. Chocolate and taffy, one of my faves for sure. These are individually wrapped, good for party gift bags, office bowl and more. I eat them myself, not sharing these ha haaa.

The Donty-Tonty bulk Tootsie Roll bag contained (45) 3” long individually wrapped pieces of candy. The chocolatey flavored treats were fresh – soft and chewy. I plan on using them in a piñata and treat bags. I would buy again and recommend them.

The Tootsie Roll (Tootsie being the nickname of the inventor’s daughter) was meant to be a cheaper answer to chocolates. They have become iconic. These Tootsie Rolls Juniors give you more tootsie per roll than the smaller classic midgees. This is indeed a lot of tootsie rolls and they are about 3” long. They are chewy, fudgy and fresh. “Cause tootsie rolls are all I see. Whatever it is I think I see becomes a tootsie roll to me.”

In essence, this is pretty much yet another nostalgia throwback staple candy out there still on the market and has been having that same great taste since it’s inception, these are a bit short of a lifespan comparative to other candy with generally less than a year expiration due to their nature so wouldn’t recommend letting them sit too long. Taste which if you aren’t familiar are they have a chocolate taste to them, with a chewy texture.
The nice thing about these in particular is that each piece is wrapped individually but if you’re familiar with sizes each piece for these is the equivalent of two pieces if you remember way back what the sizes were to give you some perspective. Definitely great taste still and they taste plenty fresh to me.

First impressions: Nice bag full of tootsie roll candies. The candies are individually wrapped and are just like the ones we all grew up with, the same as the ones you can get in any big box store.
Installation/setup: Open bag, remove wrapper from candy, eat.
Final thoughts: I got these mostly for my husband, he’s a nut for chocolate anything. I like these myself, but they get stuck in my teeth and I don’t like that. My husband had a ball eating thesis. They were gone within a week. He enjoyed them very much and misses them now they are gone lol. I like these and I’m glad I got them.
