If you have had Werther’s hard candies before, these are the real deal. These are individually wrapped hard candies with good caramel flavor and feels great in your mouth and throat. The candy came fresh, with an expiration one year from when I received it. The candy doesn’t look, taste or feel old. Like, sometimes old hard candy gets that soft and gooey texture. These candies are rock hard and fresh – no old soft gooeyness on the outside.

If you’re looking for memory lane of nostalgia when it comes to caramel this is it, these are no different than the original and I always loved melting them down to make caramel apples so when holidays hit, these will make for a delicious apple coated in caramel and I am quite excited for that.
They came in fresh, taste great but just remember these are HARD candies so if you have a hard time chewing they might be a potential choking hazard, and although they do melt it takes a while so keep that in mind.

I’ve had caramel hard candies before, but these are great! The wrapping of each individual piece is actually kind of pretty – it makes me feel like I’m enjoying a fancy candy, which I guess they kind of are. The caramel flavor is smooth and not overpowering. Definitely delicious. And with over 200 pieces, I won’t be running out any time soon. I love how many come in this pack.
